Shipping policy

Our packages are posted every Wednesday morning, processing time is 1-7 days depending on what time of the week we receive your order.

Delivery times vary depending on your region and are usually 2-5 business days, but postal delays are beyond our control.

If you need your package quickly, please contact us privately to discuss the possibilities.


All about delivery


Production time for an item can take up to two weeks. Some items from Europe may take one to two months to arrive in Canada. By confirming your purchase, you accept the conditions and possible delays. Some items visible on our site are ordered on demand and are not in stock, so allow additional delays, you will be informed by email.



We have determined a fixed delivery charge, regardless of the number of items you add to your order or the weight. It is therefore to your advantage to order several items at the same time.



An in-stock item will be posted within 3-5 days from the date of purchase. If the item is not in stock, additional delays are added as stipulated in the production time. One to two weeks for local production, two to four weeks for international orders. Added to this are the postal delays, which are 2 to 10 working days depending on your region.


We do business with Chitchat and Canada Post.


All packages have a tracking number, but these numbers will be provided to you upon request only.

We are not responsible for errors in addresses or if you ship to a PO Box. We are not responsible for parcels returned to us during your absence, for example during your vacation. It is your responsibility to manage your parcels if you are away for more than 10 days.
