Located on Mont-Royal Avenue in Montreal for over 20 years, Diabolik is a pillar of Montreal's underground fashion scene. Synonymous with rarity, originality and authenticity, you'll find an eclectic mix of styles. From thrift stores to unique Quebec creations and European imports, from high-end to more-than-affordable ready-to-wear, you'll find everything you need for your special events (weddings, proms, nightlife...) or simply to stand out in everyday life. Specializing primarily in Gothic fashion, the boutique's main products are Rockabilly/Retro 50's, corsets and steampunk. But it doesn't stop there! Just one visit will convince you that Diabolik is truly a unique place that's well worth a visit.

Our boutiques are located on the island of Tiohtiá:ke (Montréal, QC). We have storefronts on Mont-Royal Avenue and Saint-Denis Street. For more information please see our addresses listed in our contact page.

If, while trying to connect to your customer account, you have forgotten your password, you will have the option of clicking on “Forgot your password? Click and you'll be taken to a page that asks for the email address associated with your account. Enter your e-mail address and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the e-mail.

Each item will have its individual guide in its description or in its photos, provided by the manufacturer. Please use these guides to choose your size. If needed, we also offer a guide on how to take your measurements below.

You have the option to modify your order until it is shipped. Please contact us immediately at boutiquediabolik@gmail.com to make changes before shipment.

For items purchased in-store, you have 14 days to request an exchange or store credit. For items ordered online, you have 14 days from receipt of your package to request a return. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. For a return, the item must be unworn/unused and the tags must be intact. Please note that our team members have the right to refuse a return depending on the condition of the item.

We do our best to offer international delivery. Please note that the majority of countries will be included in this list, but that there are exceptions. If you think your country will be outside our delivery capabilities, please contact us to confirm before placing your order.

Our orders are processed from Monday to Thursday each week. Our delivery estimates are 3 to 7 days. Delays due to postal services may occur and are beyond our control. We therefore cannot guarantee a precise delivery date. If you need your parcel quickly, please contact us by email at boutiquediabolik@gmail.com to discuss possible options.

Our shipping option is the fastest based on the options provided to us. Estimated delivery on all our local and national orders (Quebec and Canada) is 3 to 7 days (excluding processing time). You can also select in-store pickup.

Free shipping is automatically activated when your balance exceeds $150.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation or you think your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us at boutiquediabolik@gmail.com. We will be happy to help you locate your package.

If upon receipt of your package one or more of your items is damaged, please contact us at boutiquediabolik@gmail.com to discuss return and exchange options.
